The Greco Realty Group Tapped to Market Summit Plaza in Hackensack, N.J.
HACKENSACK, N.J., Jan. 27, 2014 – Commercial brokerage firm The Greco Realty Group of Englewood, N.J. has been named exclusive leasing agent for Summit Plaza in Hackensack, N.J., announced Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, owner and manager of the 100,000-square-foot retail property. Heading up the shopping center assignment are The Greco Realty Group’s Principal Stephanie Greco and Broker Stacey Tsapatsaris.
Summit Plaza is a classic neighborhood shopping center surrounded by a growing residential housing base and anchored by one the most dominant supermarkets in Northern New Jersey, according to Jerry L. Barta, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice-president/director of leasing and marketing.
“The Greco Realty Group is ideally suited to represent this asset, and we believe Summit Plaza will benefit from their decades of industry expertise and in-depth knowledge of the local marketplace. Located at 370-380 West Pleasantview Ave. at the intersection of Route 17, Summit and West Pleasantview Avenues, Summit Plaza is anchored by an expanded 62,000-square-foot Super Stop & Shop. The high-profile center boasts a diverse mix of nationally recognized service and retail tenants including Harmon Cosmetics, GNC, Payless ShoeSource, Radio Shack, Dress Barn, the UPS Store, GameStop and Blimpie as well as the typical neighborhood services such as a nail salon, dry cleaner and a pizzeria.
The Greco Realty Group currently is marketing space availabilities ranging from 1,540 square feet to 4,181 square feet. Summit Plaza’s location in the heart of Route 17’s retail corridor, excellent daily consumer traffic and strong demographics all contribute to its appeal. The center is near Routes 4, 46 and 80, surrounded by 14 towns within a three-mile radius.
