New Luxury Towers Offer Ocean Views at the Jersey Shore
LONG BRANCH, N.J., June 11, 2020 – “After being confined inside cramped quarters for several months, city dwellers are yearning for open spaces like parks and beaches,” said FEM CEO Mimi Feliciano, developer of South Beach at Long Branch, an award-winning beachfront condominium development. The boutique 42-residence property is nearing completion, with June move-in dates scheduled.
Accelerated by the coronavirus pandemic, a new wave of urbanites are desiring a move out of densely populated areas and towards the suburbs, according to an online Harris Poll survey conducted in April. After surveying 2,050 U.S. adults, researchers found that nearly 40% indicated that the COVID-19 crisis has prompted them to consider a move to less crowded areas.
“Beachside living can have so many positive effects on your health and well being. At South Beach, we designed the property to provide a stress-free, resort-style living environment. There’s something for everyone,” said Feliciano. The property’s location, just steps from the beach, offers many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Residents can stroll along the boardwalk or enjoy ocean breezes while sitting on the beach where private cabanas can be rented seasonally or they can opt to sit on their own private beach with direct ocean views complete with fire pit for night time bonfires. This is a great option for children or grandchildren to play in the sand without worrying about being in a public area. South Beach residences were designed with spacious private terraces to enjoy additional outdoor living. Owners can enjoy reading a book, grilling or relaxing in their private hot tub or plunge pool.
Carefully chosen onsite amenities also make it easier to incorporate social distancing into daily living, according to Feliciano. In today’s environment, maintaining personal space has become a lifestyle. At South Beach, residents can ride comfortably in private and semi-private elevators that open directly into each unit, making it easier to navigate around the property.
Working and lounging at South Beach
As people are spending more time together indoors, there’s more need for places to work and lounge. Inside the luxury units, floor-to-ceiling custom walls of glass maximize views and bring plenty of natural light into the spacious residences. And while many restaurants remain closed, residents will find themselves cooking and experimenting in the modern Snaidero custom kitchens with top-of-the-line appliances and high-end finishes. Residents who want to avoid dining out can plan meals and enjoy them on their private oceanfront decks complete with a fireplace for relaxing at night. Separately, a dining club is available with a private chef preparing meals in a full commercially–equipped kitchen with wine storage available. On summer weekends, meals can be served inside, outside or take out.
For those who need to get some work done, there’s a 24/7 accessible business center with a private conference room and office. The live-work-play experience is further enhanced with first-class concierge services, state-of-the-art security, as well as a Plaza West patio with gas grills and fireplaces, infinity edge salt water pool and a raised sand deck. A state-of-the-art fitness facility plus four hotel-style guest suites with private kitchenettes are available throughout the year. Below ground parking with two to four spaces per unit is available with valet service from May 15th to Sept. 30th.
The North and South Towers at South Beach range from two- to four-bedrooms with duplexes and penthouses, configured in over 20 different floor plans. Interiors are designer selected and luxuriously appointed with wood textured porcelain flooring and quartz surfaces.
In addition to video and virtual tours, South Beach offers qualified prospective buyers private in-person showings. For more information on South Beach, contact the sales team today at 732-222-0710.
