Applications for Senior Income-Restricted Housing Lottery Now Available

MARLTON, N.J., Jan. 14, 2021 – Walters, an award-winning developer based in Barnegat, has a new premium age (55+) and income-restricted apartment community under construction at 16 Stow Road in Marlton. Cornerstone at Greentree is a sustainable multifamily development, slated for completion in the first quarter of 2021.

The first residents are expected to start moving into Cornerstone at Greentree in April 2021. The four-story building consists of one- and two-bedroom residences leased exclusively to residents whose incomes are at or below 60 percent of the area median income. Rental rates are based on the renter’s gross annual income, according to the rent/income requirements chart.

Located on 2.32 acres in Burlington County, the community is characterized by open floor plans, upgraded interior finishes and signature detailing that has won Walters many awards over the years. The list of diverse amenities includes full-size washer/dryer in every unit, fully equipped kitchen, community room, elevators, fitness room, secure key fob access, blinds in every room, internet in common areas, energy efficient appliances, and on-site management and maintenance. A staffed social service coordinator will be available upon request.
