Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal Features Walters’ Multifamily Development
MARLTON, N.J., March 28, 2022 — Cornerstone at Greentree, a 68-unit premium age- (55+) and income-restricted apartment community developed by Walters, has been honored as among the “Best Green Projects” of 2021 by Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal, a leading industry trade publication. Located at 16 Stow Road in Marlton, the new building was designed to achieve LEED® Gold and ENERGY STAR® certifications.

A staff social services coordinator is available upon request to create specialized programming. Residents can access a free shuttle bus for trips to local food stores and other planned resident events.
