Office Broker Cites Team, Organization as Foundation for a Promising Career
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., June 17, 2014 – Mark Zaziski has been promoted to senior associate at Cushman & Wakefield in East Rutherford, announced Kim Brennan, the commercial real estate services firm's New Jersey market leader. He joined one of the company's leading office leasing teams in 2011, shortly after graduating with high honors from Lehigh University.
"During his first three years in the business, Mark has shown outstanding aptitude and has quickly established himself as an important contributor to his team and the Cushman & Wakefield organization," Brennan said. "Beyond understanding the ins and outs of commercial real estate transactions and developing a strong local market knowledge, he has a real commitment to client service. We look forward to watching his continued growth here."
Under the direction of David Sherman and Marc Trevisan, both Cushman & Wakefield executive vice presidents, Zaziski currently is spearheading more than 150,000 square feet in office tenant representation assignments. His recent transactions include a 20,000-square-foot lease for Alliant Technologies in Morristown, a 19,000-square-foot lease for American List Counsel in Princeton, and a 12,500-square-foot lease for DataMotion in Florham Park. As a landlord representative, he serves as exclusive leasing agent for Denholtz Associates' 270 Sylvan Ave. in Englewood Cliffs.
"This is an exciting industry, and Cushman & Wakefield is a great place to work," Zaziski said. "I am fortunate to have landed here. My team members, and the company's outstanding reputation and deep resources are providing me with a strong foundation on which to build my career."
Zaziski is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and is a member of the Lehigh University Alumni Real Estate Club. He earned a bachelor's degree there in international relations, with minors in Spanish and economics.
