CW Solutions Celebrates a Successful 2015
Real Estate Services Firm Achieves Record Growth

EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J., Dec. 29, 2015 – Over the past 12 months CW Solutions, the national company that provides real estate services to the utilities and wireless telecommunications industries, achieved significant new milestones. Of particular merit were the firm’s record growth in revenue and expanded team in 2015.

CW Solution’s mission – to deliver superior services, exceed expectations and provide expert solutions to land rights issues – has been the driving force behind the company’s growth, according to Stacie Curtis, president and founder. The company realized a 71 percent year-over-year growth rate, expanded its team to 18 full time employees, and increased service offerings.

“Our ability to leverage local resources to create highly-trained teams that fully understand the complexities involved in each project we undertake has been essential to our success,” said Curtis. “We plan to continue to expand operations and roll out new services with the goal of becoming a one-stop shop for our clients.”

In 2015, new positions and expanded service offerings were added to better serve the company’s growing client base. Specifically, new positions were added in the areas of right-of-way, property acquisition, title permitting and research. The firm also has added curative title work and railroad safety training to its menu of services.

CW Solutions Ranks Among Fastest Growing in America

The company received national recognition when it secured a spot on Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 ranking of the country’s fastest-growing private companies. CW Solutions ranked No. 1,872 on the exclusive list which represented a comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy – America’s independent entrepreneurs.

Stacie Curtis also received accolades for her entrepreneurial spirit and local philanthropy when she was honored as a winner in SmartCEO’s Brava Awards, which recognized leading female executives in the New York area. The publication also named CW Solutions a 2015 Skyline Awards finalist out of more than 110 nominations. The awards program honors companies in the commercial real estate industry that are shaping the landscapes and changing the skylines of the cities in which they work and live.

Curtis’ career accomplishments include her work with the Wireless Infrastructure Association (PCIA) and New Jersey Wireless Association (NJWA) to write, develop and push through New Jersey Senate Bill No. 2989, which exempts certain collocations of wireless equipment from site plan approval. As a result, the legislation has made it easier for wireless companies to construct, modify and install their networks.

Robert Weible, the firm’s vice president and founder, was elected to a two-year term as treasurer of International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Garden State Chapter 15, Region 4. IRWA is a nonprofit association serving all professionals engaged in electric, gas and public infrastructure projects across the United States and internationally.

Founded in 2002, CW Solutions provides expertise on property and right-of-way acquisition, leasing, title research, permitting, zoning, project management, nationwide governmental affairs, regulatory compliance, public works projects, GIS mapping, railroad permitting and landman services.
