CW Solutions Named as Finalist for SmartCEO 2015 Skyline Awards
Stacie Curtis Recognized For Visionary Leadership In Commercial Real Estate

EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J., July 20, 2015 – CW Solutions, a national real estate services firm founded by Stacie Curtis, has been named a 2015 Skyline Awards finalist by New York SmartCEO magazine. The company along with Curtis, president of CW Solutions, is being profiled in the July/August issue. A total of 28 finalists were chosen in six categories. The winners in each category will be announced at an awards ceremony on August 20, 2015 at BNY Mellon in New York.

“I am proud that our company is being honored as a finalist out of more than 110 nominations,” said Curtis. “CW Solutions continues to receive recognition for the specialized real estate services we offer utility companies and wireless carriers. We are known for our ability to leverage local resources to get a job done on time and within budget.”

The Skyline Awards program honors companies in the commercial real estate industry that are shaping the landscapes and changing the skylines of the cities in which they work and live. This year’s finalists collectively generate more than $34.7 billion in annual revenue and employ over 239,000individuals.

“Where would we be without the vision, planning and hard work of this region’s developers, engineers, and construction and design firms? The iconic skyline of New York City and the surrounding metro area is an undeniable feat of true greatness,” says Jaime Nespor-Zawmon, president of SmartCEO Events. “As our region moves into the future, these are the individuals and companies that will be shaping and transforming the way we all work, travel and live.”

In 2002, Ms. Curtis launched CW Solutions with partner Robert Weible. The firm offers site acquisition, leasing, right-of-way, title and permitting services. Curtis’ accomplishments include working with the Wireless Infrastructure Association (PCIA) and New Jersey Wireless Association (NJWA) to write, develop, and push through New Jersey Senate Bill No. 2989, which exempts certain collocations of wireless equipment from site plan approval. As a result, the legislation has made it easier for her wireless clients to construct, modify and install their network.
