Seminar to Focus on Tech, Legal Issues That Must be Addressed to Keep Properties Viable, Desirable and Compliant
HOBOKEN, N.J., Nov. 16, 2018 – NAIOP New Jersey’s Building a Better New Jersey series continues on Thursday, December 4, 2018, with “Future Proof Your Buildings.” This special program, which will take place at the EY Learning Center in Hoboken from 2:30 to 6 p.m., will address digital infrastructure, connectivity and a host of legal issues to help commercial real estate owners, developers and property managers understand what they must do today to ensure their properties remain viable, desirable and compliant in the future.
Featured speakers include Peter Bronsnick, SJP Properties; Jonathan Schultz, Onyx Equities; Rich Berliner, Fifth Gen Media; Tom Brennan, IOActive; Eric Levine, Lindabury McCormick Estabrook & Cooper; Tom Jackson, Ernst & Young; Victoria Lamberth, ZenFi; and Chris Wixom, JMA Wireless.
Registration begins at 2:30 p.m., followed by the program at 3 p.m. and a networking cocktail hour from 5 to 6 p.m. Continuing Education Credits for New Jersey brokers, attorneys and architects are pending.
