CRE Leaders to Weigh in on Real-World Issues; Participants can Earn CE Credits 

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., (Feb. 16, 2023) — A two-part live virtual webinar hosted by NAIOP New Jersey will examine common ethical dilemmas and ethics in the modern workplace. Barry S. Goodman, partner, Litigation and Real Estate Departments at Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis and author of New Jersey Estate Brokerage Law 2023, will moderate both panel discussions featuring leading industry professionals.  

  • “Part I: Real World Ethics for Commercial Real Estate Professionals” will be held on Monday, Feb. 27, 2023, from noon to 1 p.m. Panelist: Brian Decillis, managing director, Cushman & Wakefield 
  • “Part II: Advanced Ethics for Commercial Real Estate Professionals” will be held on Monday, March 6, 2023, from noon to 1 p.m. Panelists: Michael Allen Seeve, president, Mountain Development Corp.; and Sam Horowitz, executive vice president and broker of record, Colliers 

New Jersey licensed real estate brokers/salespeople and N.J. licensed attorneys are eligible to earn one continuing education ethics credit per program. 

The panel discussions will explore real-world ethics issues in today’s rapidly changing industry and workplace landscapes. Goodman’s expertise focuses on real estate and real estate brokerage issues and municipal law. Goodman also sits on the New Jersey REALTORS Special Counsel board.
