Levin Management Arranges Commitment at Watchung, N.J., Retail Property
WATCHUNG, N.J., March 17, 2022 – Fast-casual burger restaurant Five Guys is under new ownership at Blue Star Shopping Center and has solidified its commitment at the property with a new lease, announced Levin Management Corporation (LMC), exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 420,000-square-foot property. E.J. Moawad, LMC senior leasing representative, arranged the 2,500-square-foot transaction; Stanton Brown at MSC represented the tenant.

Retail availabilities at Blue Star Shopping Center range from 1,200 square feet up to 40,000 square feet.
