Boutique South Tower Captivates Luxury Homebuyers at the Jersey Shore
LONG BRANCH, N.J., June 25, 2020 – Just five luxury residences remain available in the South tower at South Beach at Long Branch, an award-winning beachfront condominium development. FEM Urban Renewal, LLC forecasts the 42-residence property to be complete by summer of 2020, welcoming the first move-ins this week.
The remaining residences in the boutique South tower are priced from $2.025 million to $4 million. The eight-story South tower will be the first luxury mid-rise to be completed in the dual tower development and will total 12 expansive residences, including two duplex penthouses. Also located in the South tower is the new sales gallery which features a welcome center in the lobby, sales office and fully-furnished model.
Prospective buyers can take a virtual tour of the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath model residence in the South tower which features floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic ocean views, custom built-in closets, custom automated shades, and high-end furnishings such as Marge Carson and Klaussner. The contemporary open floorplan spans roughly 2,166 square feet of living space and approximately 335 square feet of private outdoor space.
“What drew me to South Beach at Long Branch was the beautiful building design. There’s nothing quite like it anywhere in New Jersey–it’s a one-of-a-kind structure,” said Alan Udell, a new homeowner who is relocating from Marlboro with his wife Robyn.
“We were looking for something that was special enough for us to leave our home. A place where we can grow and have fun,” Robyn explained. “This is going to be our beach house and our permanent residence combined into one. It’s a beautiful place with every amenity we could’ve imagined.”
South Beach’s sophisticated and contemporary design was built and managed by David Ulassin, President of Cornerstone Construction Services, LLC located in Somerville, N.J. Floor plans within the two towers include two- to four-bedroom units with duplexes and penthouses, ranging in size from 1,352 to 3,382 square feet. Interiors are carefully detailed and luxuriously appointed with porcelain flooring throughout and quartz surfaces. Additionally, every residence features oversized custom glass maximizing views and light into the residences. The private terraces each with ocean views allow residents to relax by the fireplace and enjoy the outdoors.
“From the moment homeowners walk into these residences they are captivated by the amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean,” said FEM CEO Mimi Feliciano. “Another big draw is the charm of the smaller South tower with only 12 units, creating a very boutique experience. Our goal was to create a truly unique coastal community by putting together everything that residents could possible need all in one place.”
In addition to delivering high-end residences, the developer created an amenity-rich lifestyle at South Beach. The property’s location offers easy access to the beach where private cabanas can be rented seasonally. Residents can also relax by the saltwater infinity-edge pool with a fountain, raised sand deck area with a bonfire for nightly use and a Plaza West patio area outfitted with separate outdoor kitchen areas with Viking grills, refrigerators and sinks. Other luxury amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a private dining room with personal wine storage, a 24/7 accessible business center, We Work stations, full building security system, private elevator entrances and underground parking. Also onsite are four private designer-decorated guest suites available to residents for up to four weeks per year where they can host visiting guests.
In addition to video and virtual tours, South Beach offers qualified prospective buyers private in-person showings. For more information on South Beach, contact the sales team today at 732-222-0710 to book a virtual tour.
