LIVINGSTON, N.J., May 8, 2014 – On Monday, May 19, Tracey Goldstein, Esquire, a Member of Feinstein, Raiss, Kelin & Booker, L.L.C. of Livingston, N.J., will present the “Lease Agreements: What Must Be Included Under NJ Law” program at the New Jersey Apartment Association’s (NJAA) 25th Annual Conference & Expo. The learning session will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Atlantic City Convention Center, located at One Convention Center in Atlantic City, N.J. The session is approved for 2 Real Estate Continuing Education Credits and pending for Legal Continuing Education Credit.
A written lease is critical to establishing the parameters of a landlord/tenant relationship and ensuring the smooth management of a rental community. During this educational course, Goldstein will address the lease provisions required under New Jersey Law as well as “must have” provisions. In addition, she will cover statutory reasons for early termination of the lease.
Goldstein is a sought-after guest speaker for conferences, educational forums and special events hosted by legal, multi-family and business organizations. She is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars and has handled matters in the New Jersey State and Federal Trial Courts as well as in the Appellate Division and in the New Jersey Supreme Court.
