TOTOWA, N.J., July 24, 2014 – Integrated Business Systems (IBS), for the second consecutive year, has earned three 2014 “Tops in Technology” awards from Commercial Property Executive magazine. The Totowa-based company’s property management and accounting system was recognized as one of the industry’s best in the categories of property management software, asset management and IT.
The IBS system – developed over 35 years – today is used by more than 75 prominent New York/New Jersey area commercial and residential real estate owners and operators. According to CPE, its Tops in Technology winners “stand out for their ability to provide flexible customization, competitive pricing and the most innovative solutions, all backed by superior customer support.” Honorees are selected by the publication’s readers.
