Inserra Supermarkets Store’s Registered Dietitian Leads Weekly Club
LYNDHURST, N.J., Mar. 3, 2016 – With the help of Julie’s Walking Club at ShopRite of Lyndhurst, participants stay on track with their good exercise habits all year long. Every Thursday, members of the group meet to embark on a one-mile trek throughout the store. Julie Harrington, R.D., the store’s registered dietitian, leads the group, often answering questions on nutrition and wellness during the walk. Harrington, kneeling on right, is pictured with the group at a recent gathering at the Inserra Supermarkets store.
Julie’s Walking Club is open to the public. This month, it will meet at the Dietitian’s Corner at 8 a.m. on Thursday, March 10, 17, 24 and 31. No registration is necessary. Membership cards and prizes are awarded to all participants.
ShopRite of Lyndhurst is located at 540 New York Ave. in Lyndhurst, N.J. For more information on Julie’s Walking Club or any of ShopRite’s store-based wellness programs, please contact Harrington (201) 419-9154 or email Julie.harrington@wakefern.com.
