Rob Mullen – State Farm Insurance to Open Second Location at Levin-Managed Center
Bradford Plaza, West Chester, Pa.
WEST CHESTER, Pa. (Oct. 3, 2022) – Rob Mullen – State Farm Insurance has leased 1,600 square feet at Bradford Plaza in West Chester, announced Levin Management Corporation (LMC), the property’s leasing and managing agent. The location marks the second area office for Mullen, an experienced insurance provider.
Located at 700 Downingtown Pike, Bradford Plaza is the dominant retail center in its market, according to real-time traffic data from consulting company Placer.ai. The 161,000-square-foot Giant Supermarket-anchored property draws 2 million visits per year.
“Bradford Plaza is a well-shopped center with some great in-place tenants,” said Mullen, a second-generation State Farm insurance agent who has operated in Bear, Del., for 10 years. “The property also is centrally located to my client base, making it a perfect fit. I am looking forward to being part of the West Chester community, and serving new and existing customers from this new office.”
LMC Leasing Representative Fred Younkin negotiated the long-term lease. “Bradford Plaza’s exceptional location, demographics, anchor grocer, and diverse retail and service tenants, make it a very attractive place to do business,” Younkin said. “Rob Mullen – State Farm Insurance is a welcome addition to the mix.”
According to Mullen, his agency is focused on providing exceptional service for policyholders. State Farm and its affiliates are the largest providers of auto and home insurance in the United States. Its more than 19,400 agents and approximately 53,400 employees serve over 87 million policies and accounts – which includes auto, fire, life, health, commercial policies and financial services accounts.
Bradford Plaza is also home to Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Petco, AT&T, Monkey Fish Toys, Village Optical, Orangetheory Fitness, and PA Wine and Spirits, along with other local restaurants and service providers. There is a growing population of 108,000 people within a five-mile radius of the center, which is proximate to West Chester University and more than one dozen public schools.
Space availabilities at Bradford Plaza range from 1,300 square feet to 4,200 square feet. A 4,300-square-foot proposed pad site – with drive-thru opportunity – also is available.
