Strategically Located Property Offers Unique Pad Site Opportunity  

LACEY TOWNSHIP, N.J., Aug. 15, 2022 JDA Group LLC has named Pierson Commercial Real Estate as exclusive retail leasing agent for the 106 North Main Street property in Forked River, N.J. 

The two-acre site – located at the corner of Lacey Road and North Main Street (Route 9) in the Forked River section of Lacey Township – has in-place approvals for a new retail property of up to 5,000 square feet of retail space. It also has an existing 6,000-square-foot retail bank facility with four drive-through lanes, fully leased to TD Bank. 

The Marlboro, N.J.-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm’s Robert Mackowski will spearhead the retail leasing assignment along with company president Jason Pierson. The property’s superb demographics and strategic location in a strong and well-established retail corridor presents a distinctive opportunity for prospective tenants, said Mackowski.

The 106 North Main Street property is located just two miles from the Garden State Parkway, and is adjacent to Forked River Elementary School and the Ocean County Public Library. The site serves a growing residential population of more than 50,000 people within a five-mile radius, and more than 20,000 vehicles pass the property each day.
