Kick off Summer with a Family-Friendly Day of Exercise, Education and Entertainment   

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (June 13, 2024) — The first official day of summer certainly calls for fun! Join Riverside Post Acute for Samba Fitness and Wellness Day on Thursday, June 20, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Free and open to the public, the family-friendly event will be held at the skilled nursing center, located at 1750 Stockton Street in Jacksonville.  

Festivities include interactive activities for all ages, educational opportunities, live entertainment, booths featuring area gyms, healthy smoothies, refreshments and more. Special guests include members of the ROAR of the Jaguars cheerleaders. Don’t miss one of the 30-minute Samba Fitness sessions. A dance-inspired program, Samba Fitness promotes exercise and movement for older adults – and it’s fun!
