Kick off Summer with a Day of Exercise, Education and Entertainment
LITTLE EGG HARBOR, N.J. (June 14, 2023) — Join assisted living community The Terraces at Seacrest Village and Seacrest Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center for a community Samba Fitness and Wellness Day on Wednesday, June 21. The program, which is free and open to the public, runs from 9 a.m. to noon and will feature a variety of interactive activities and educational opportunities on the grounds of The Terraces at Seacrest Village, 281 Mathistown Road in Little Egg Harbor.
The event will start with a 30-minute Samba Fitness session. All are invited to join the dance-inspired program, which promotes exercise and movement for older adults. There will also be live entertainment and booths featuring local wellness business and organizations, including:

- Bayada Home Care
- Clamtown Fitness
- Executive Homecare
- Good Shepherd Lutheran Church

- St. Theresa’s Church
- And additional food, wellness and fitness vendors
Attendees can learn about various life enrichment programs that The Terraces at Seacrest Village and Seacrest Rehabilitation offer for residents, including Rendever virtual reality, Eldergrow therapeutic gardening and more. The event will conclude with a finale Samba class, and participants will be given Sambucha Smoothies to enjoy on their trips home.
