Oxford Enhanced Senior Living Food Drive Benefits Penndel Food Pantry

LANGHORNE, Pa. (Dec. 11, 2023) – Giving back is the essence of the holiday season, and residents at Oxford Enhanced Senior Living in Langhorne embraced the spirit – and supported their neighbors in need – by hosting a food drive to benefit the Penndel Food Pantry.

Several residents and staff from the senior living and skilled nursing campus delivered 1,150 pounds of donated food to the community pantry, which is run by Bucks County Housing Group and serves as a vital resource to those in the Langhorne area in need of regular food assistance.

“We are thrilled to have played a role in ensuring that our neighbors have access to nutritious food to help them maintain an active and healthy life,” said Marisa Romanini, executive director at Oxford Enhanced Senior Living. “The campus-wide support for this effort enabled us to collect a tremendous number of donations, and reflects the importance placed on community engagement by both our residents and staff.”

At Oxford Enhanced Senior Living, independent living residents enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle with everything they need on campus. With beautifully appointed apartments, gourmet dining, and an engaging mix of programming and activities, residents have access to the services they need, when they need them, including personal care at Oxford Crossings and rehab care at Oxford Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. Experience this charming community by scheduling a visit and tour. Call 215-750-7575 or visit oxfordenhancedsl.com for more information.
