FANWOOD, N.J. (Aug. 9, 2023) – Lee & Associates New Jersey has been tapped to market a 3.8-acre specialty use property in Fanwood for sale or lease. The site at 330 South Avenue houses a fully built out, +/-36,000-square-foot school building; it is currently operating as a New Jersey Department of Education-approved private school for students with disabilities.
The commercial real estate firm’s Beth Chezmar and Erica Davidson are leading the assignment. According to Chezmar, the offering presents a distinctive opportunity to lease or buy a turnkey school building. “The site is also well suited for redevelopment,” she said. “This prime Union County location could potentially make an excellent alternative use play for a multifamily investor, for example.”
Supported by excellent demographics, 330 South Avenue serves a growing population of about 291,000 people within a five-mile radius.
