Garden Communities Launches Construction on Final Enclaves at Middlesex County Luxury Rental Development
EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J. (Nov. 14, 2024) – Legacy Place, Garden Communities’ newest highly amenitized luxury rental development in Middlesex County, has reached a key occupancy milestone, with more than 90% of its residences leased and occupied less than one year after marketing began. Amid this velocity, construction is underway on the community’s final enclaves, including traditional 2.5-story townhomes and a second mid-rise apartment building.
