Five Below, Crumbl and Warhammer Extend Leasing Momentum at Retail Center
HARRISBURG, Pa. (Aug. 7, 2023) – Specialty value retailer Five Below (8,500 SF), cookie shop Crumbl (2,000 SF) and hobby store Warhammer (1,600 SF) are coming to High Pointe Commons in Harrisburg. The three new lease commitments extend a period of steady transactional activity at the 325,000-square-foot regional shopping center, according to Levin Management Corporation (LMC), exclusive leasing and managing agent.
LMC Leasing Representative Fred Younkin arranged all three transactions on behalf of property ownership. CBRE’s Connor Cunningham, Patra Konugres and Richard Schuch represented Five Below; Blake Shaffer and Ashlee Lehman of Bennett Williams Commercial represented Crumbl; and Brendan Mulligan of Metro Commercial represented Warhammer.
“High Pointe Commons continues to attract a well-rounded selection of sought-after retailers, restaurants and services providers,” said Younkin. “Five Below and Crumbl cookies are strong, national brands while Warhammer has a global following among hobbyists. These tenants are wonderful additions to the property as we continue to expand and diversify the mix.”
- Five Below offers trend-right, high-quality products for tweens, teens and beyond. It currently has more than 1,340 stores in 43 states, with plans to double its national footprint by 2030. Most trend-right items are priced between $1 and $5 in eight Five Below worlds: Style, Room, Sports, Tech, Create, Party, Candy and New & Now.
- The nation’s fastest-growing cookie company, Crumbl is known for its classic chocolate chip cookies, iconic pink packaging and rotating weekly menu. Since opening its first location in 2017, it has expanded to more than 800 bakeries in 49 states. The new High Pointe Commons location is the second area shop for the same owner/operator as the nearby Mechanicsburg store.
- Whether a patron is new to the hobby or a seasoned enthusiast, Warhammer retail locations offer help and advice for collecting, building, painting, playing and all things related to this tabletop miniature wargame.
More Happenings at High Pointe Commons
The new leases follow commitments with running shoe store Fleet Feet, Sugaring NYC Organic Waxing & Lash Studio and FedEx, all of which are now open at High Pointe Commons. These tenants join shadow anchors Target and JCPenney, along with Orangetheory Fitness, Sally Beauty, Petco, T-Mobile, GameStop, Famous Footwear, GNC and Hair Cuttery, among others. High Pointe Commons’ robust dining mix features Subway, Tropical Smoothie Café, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Teriyaki Madness and Five Guys. The larger retail campus also includes Panera Bread, Chili’s and Friendly’s.
Strategically positioned off Exit 2 of I-283, High Pointe Commons serves a residential population of more than 163,500 people within a five-mile radius and a daytime population of 127,000 within those same five miles. The property draws 3.1 million visitors per year, according to real-time traffic data from Placer.ai.
LMC is marketing a 35,000-square-foot freestanding building and one 1,600-square-foot in-line space at High Pointe Commons.
