COMMACK, N.Y. (Sept. 18. 2024) – J. Crew Factory will be the next new tenant at Mayfair Shopping Center in Commack, announced Levin Management Corporation (LMC). The fashion and accessories retailer signed a 6,800-square-foot lease at the Jericho Turnpike retail destination.
LMC serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 222,000-square-foot Mayfair Shopping Center. E.J. Moawad, LMC senior leasing representative, negotiated the transaction on behalf of property ownership; Steve Merkle of Open Realty Advisors represented the tenant.
J. Crew Factory offers an exclusive collection of fun, colorful and classic apparel and accessories for women, men and children – at prices that can’t be beat. Whatever the occasion, shoppers will find the season’s best styles for the whole family.
