Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh Inks 1,700 SF Lease
DELRAN, N.J. (Oct. 2, 2023) – Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has arranged a 1,700-square-foot lease with fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant chain Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh at Hartford Corners in Delran. The 215,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored retail property is located at the intersection of Route 130 and Hartford Road.
Kendal Hand-Freda and Fred Younkin, LMC leasing representatives, negotiated the recent transaction on behalf of the property’s ownership; Nick Quinn of CBRE represented the tenant. “Restaurants – particularly fast-casual concepts – remain among the most active retail tenant sectors today,” noted Younkin. “With its fresh, high-quality and flavorful menu, Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh represents a healthy new dining option for local restaurant-goers.”
Believing that simple tastes better, Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh offers nutrient-rich menu items that can be customized to a guest’s liking and dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free. The menu features stuffed pitas, laffas, traditional gyros, bowls, plates and salads.
