Appointment Recognizes Outstanding Performance

NORTH PLAINFIELD, N.J., March 3, 2014 – Jake Frantzman has been promoted to senior leasing representative at Levin Management, announced Matthew K. Harding, president of the North Plainfield-based retail real estate services firm. The Morris Plains, N.J. resident joined Levin as a leasing representative in 2007.

Frantzman is responsible for more than 1.6 million square feet of gross leasable area throughout Levin's extensive management and leasing portfolio, including Somerset Shopping Center in Bridgewater, N.J., Paramus Place in Paramus, N.J. and Stafford Park Shopping Center in Manahawkin, N.J. In addition, Frantzman serves as leasing agent for the retail component of Edgewater Harbor, a mixed-use waterfront redevelopment in Edgewater, N.J. where he secured anchor tenant HomeGoods (24,000 SF) and Haven Riverfront Restaurant & Bar (6,500 SF). He also was instrumental in executing HomeGoods' 22,000-square-foot lease at The Shoppes at Flemington, a lifestyle center in Hunterdon County.

"Jake is a valued and dedicated member of the Levin leasing team," said Harding. "His solid work ethic, strong retailer relationships and deep market knowledge has made him a true asset to our company. We congratulate him on this well-earned promotion."

Frantzman obtained his real estate license at the age of 18. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), as well as ICSC's "Next Generation" program, designed for real estate professionals who are seeking to develop their careers and build relationships in the shopping center industry. In addition, in 2013 he earned ICSC's Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designation, reflecting the high standards and expertise required to be a successful shopping center professional.

"Being part of the Levin team for the last seven years has been extremely rewarding for me, both personally and professionally," said Frantzman. "I look forward to contributing to the company's continued growth and success in my new role."
