Appointments Recognize Outstanding Performance and Contributions
NORTH PLAINFIELD, N.J., Jan. 4, 2022 – Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has announced three staff promotions amid continued business momentum. In the leasing department, E.J. Moawad has been named senior leasing representative, while Stacy Garrity and Antoinette Puccia have been elevated to senior paralegal; Garrity has also assumed the role of corporate secretary for the North Plainfield-based company.
Moawad, of Palisades Park, N.J., joined LMC in 2016 and is responsible for approximately 1.7 million square feet of gross leasable area at 13 properties within LMC’s management and leasing portfolio. His 2021 transactional highlights included leases with Ulta Beauty (St. Georges Crossing, Woodbridge, N.J.) and German grocer Lidl (Mayfair Shopping Center, Commack, N.Y.), both of which were cited by CoStar as second-quarter “Top Retail Leasing” deals. Moawad in recent months also has arranged leases with a range of national, regional and local tenants, including well-known brands like Planet Fitness, Jersey Mike’s subs, CityMD Urgent Care and Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, among many others.

Key members of the LMC corporate team, Garrity, a resident of Colonia, N.J., and Puccia, of Green Brook, N.J., both joined LMC in 2010 and are notary publics in New Jersey. LMC’s paralegals are vital in researching, reviewing and upholding quality control measures for commercial real estate leases as well as other complex forms and records. As corporate secretary, Garrity is also directly responsible for LMC matters related to regulatory and statutory compliance.
