Retail Travel Company Occupies 1,850 Square Feet at Levin-Managed Shopping Center
BEDMINSTER, N.J., Aug. 6, 2014 – Liberty Travel, one of the largest and most experienced retail travel agencies in the United States, is now open for business at The Hills Village Center in Bedminster, N.J., according to Levin Management, exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 110,800-square-foot shopping center.
Levin's leasing representative Marcia Minton negotiated the long-term lease. Anthony Schilling with Relocation Realty served as the tenant's broker in the transaction.

Liberty Travel complements a diverse mix of national and regional tenants at The Hills Village Center, including an expanded 36,000-square-foot Kings Supermarket, Starbucks, Peapack-Gladstone Bank, McGrath's Hardware, Great Clips, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Cold Stone Creamery, Hills Vision Center, Panchero's, Cherrybrook Pet Supplies, PNC Bank, Verizon, The UPS Store, GNC, Subway, Yamataro Japanese restaurant, Brighter Dental Care and Somerset Valley Urgent Care.
Current space availabilities at The Hills Village Center include one 3,000-square-foot retail space, and two second-floor office spaces measuring 550 square feet and 2,100 square feet.
The Hills Village Center is located on Route 202/206 just off Route 287 in "The Hills," one of New Jersey's largest and most successful master-planned communities. The center is the retail component of the 5,200-unit residential development and serves a growing population of more than 58,000 people within a five-mile radius. The marketplace offers an average household income of more than $169,000 and the daily traffic count exceeds 19,000 vehicles per day on Route 202/206.
