Construction Progresses on 66 Units at Cornerstone at Galloway II
GALLOWAY, N.J. (Nov. 24, 2025) — Walters, an award-winning developer based in Barnegat, has opened the affordable housing lottery for phase two of Cornerstone at Galloway, a 66-unit premium income-restricted apartment community located at 110 South Wrangleboro Road, Galloway. Applications to enter the housing lottery will be accepted through Monday, Dec. 29. The drawing will take place on Monday, Jan. 19.
Cornerstone at Galloway II is the second phase of a three-phase community. To be considered for future phases, a separate preliminary application must be submitted, and a notice will be advertised when applications for phase III will be accepted.
Completion of the second phase is anticipated for the spring of 2026. The mix will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts.

Residents will enjoy on-site amenities such as a multipurpose clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, a children’s playground, a basketball court, computer workstations, and onsite parking. In addition to managing the property, Walters provides residents with on-site supportive services.
Cornerstone at Galloway II will be available to residents whose incomes are at or below 60 percent of the area median income. Rental rates are based on the renter’s gross annual income, according to the rent/income requirements chart.
