Hoboken Property Expands, Renovates, Rebrands; Celebrates 10 Years as Northern N.J.’s Leading Provider of Premium Co-Working Office Space

HOBOKEN, N.J., March 31, 2021 – Caryl Communications, Inc. is pleased to announce its appointment as public relations firm for Mission 50, an 80,000-square-foot, newly rebranded boutique office building and co-working space, which accommodates tenants seeking a workplace community, in teams of one to 100.

Located at 50 Harrison Street in Hoboken, Mission 50 offers flexible workspaces for independent professionals, growing entrepreneurial companies and mature enterprises. The original structure was built in 1935 and for decades served as the Cut-Rite wax paper factory. In 2003, JDA Group transformed the factory building into the Hoboken Business Center, and in 2011 founded Mission 50 – one of the first premium co-working sites to open in the New York/New Jersey region – in the building’s fourth-story penthouse.

To meet evolving workplace needs, JDA in 2020 launched a multi-million-dollar renovation and rebranding initiative focused on transforming the entire building into a unified community under the Mission 50 brand umbrella.

Mission 50 today is home to a diverse collection of individuals and businesses who bring the space to life every day. Members and tenants of Mission 50 benefit from a host of upscale shared tenant amenities, along with carefully curated events and programming built around the interests and needs of the community, providing engaging options and opportunities to its members.

The fact sheet below provides additional information about Mission 50 and its rebranding initiative. Thank you in advance for keeping Mission 50 in mind for future articles. We look forward to working with you on behalf of the Mission 50 team.
