Twenty-seventh Annual Gala Set for May 15 at The Palace at Somerset Park
NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., Feb. 11, 2014 – The Twenty-seventh Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards Gala will be presented by the New Jersey Chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at The Palace at Somerset Park, Somerset, N.J.
Lawrence Russo, Jr. Founder, Russo Development, will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award. The Impact Awards will be presented to Vision Real Estate Partners and Robert J. Donnelly of Cushman & Wakefield. Jorge H. Berkowitz, Ph.D. of Langan Engineering & Environmental Services will receive the Industry Service Award. The winners of the Deal of the Year Awards will be revealed at the Gala. The Sixth Annual Gala Design Competition was won by Lauren Richter of The Rockefeller Group.
“This is simply an outstanding group of honorees, and we’re looking forward to celebrating their achievements at the Gala,” said President Michael Seeve.
The 2014 Gala Committee is co-chaired by Dave Gibbons of Elberon Development Co., David Gockel of Langan Engineering and Environmental Services, and Jonathan Meisel of Jones Lang LaSalle. The members-only Gala ticket pre-sale is open now through March 17. Ticket sales will open to the public on March 18.
