Industry Leaders will Discuss the use of Innovative Technology to Work Smarter

UNION, N.J., April 14, 2014 – Technology is changing the way companies around the globe do business, and the commercial real estate industry is no exception. To address those changes, NAIOP New Jersey is hosting “Technology Trends: Working Smarter in Commercial Real Estate.” The program is slated for Friday, April 25, 2014 at the Kean University Donald R. Conklin Conference Center in Union, N.J.
Andrew Houston, vice president and principal with Cassidy Turley, will moderate a panel discussion on this timely topic, followed by opportunities for hands-on, small-group instruction.
As part of the program, Jonathan Schultz of Onyx Equities will discuss “Integrating Applications in a SASS Environment.” “The technology environment in real estate is the most exciting that I have seen in my career,” said Schultz.
Also, Chris Mangano of Mercadien Technologies will discuss “Cloud-based Computer Services”; Nick Romito of View the Space, Inc. will focus on “Accelerating Deals and Data”; Mark Catania of CoStar will address “Analytics for Investment Management”; and Geoff Lewis of Honest Buildings will discuss “ESourcing Professionals”.
The program will begin with registration and networking at 7:45 a.m. and conclude at 10:45 a.m. Attendees in multiple professions will earn two Continuing Education Credits (CEUs).
