November 7 Dinner will include First Hall of Fame Inductees

SHORT HILLS, N.J., Oct. 11, 2011 – The New Jersey Chapter of NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association, will present its 7th Annual President’s Awards Dinner November 7 at the Short Hills Hilton. Registration and cocktails begin at 4:30 p.m.
“The President’s Awards honor the efforts of individual members in providing exemplary service to the association in the areas of advocacy, community action, member recruitment and retention, committee service, sponsorship, leadership and other support,” said NAIOP NJ President George Sowa. This year’s event introduces the new NAIOP NJ Hall of Fame. The Legacy Award will be presented to Peter Cocoziello of Advance Realty Group. Gretchen Wilcox, of G.S. Wilcox & Co., will receive the Pillar Award. The Advocacy Award will be presented to Michael Rothpletz of Drinker Biddle. Andrew Houston of Cassidy Turley will be honored with the Rising Star Award. Our Volunteer of the Year Award will be presented to George Livanos of Sax Macy Fromm.
Three members will be inducted into the NAIOP New Jersey Hall of Fame: Richard Johnson of Matrix Development Group; Richard Maser of Maser Consulting PA; and Geoffrey Schubert of CB Richard Ellis. Learn more about the honorees atwww.naiopnj.org/PresAwds2011
The President’s Awards and Hall of Fame Dinner is co-chaired by NAIOP NJ Past Presidents Anne Estabrook of Elberon Development Co. and Jeff Milanaik of Heller Industrial Parks. Last year’s event sold out, so early registration is suggested: $140 for Members and employees of a Corporate Member Firm $165 for Colleagues employed with a member’s firm; $195 for non-members.
