Class A Building Offers Quick Access to Local Courthouse, Highways & Public Transportation

HACKENSACK, N.J., Oct. 25, 2018 – Four leases have been signed at RiverView Office Center located just minutes from the Bergen County Courthouse in Hackensack, NJ. William O’Keefe, Raymond Trevisan and Christian Politan of Cushman & Wakefield served as the exclusive leasing agents for the 225,000-square-foot, Class A office complex.

“This is an ideal location for any office practicing law in the greater Hackensack area, Northern NJ and New York City,” said O’Keefe. “It’s a secure building that is approximately one mile from the courthouse and only minutes from the city’s downtown shopping, dining and entertainment district. The entire area is undergoing a renaissance leveraging its proximity to New York and rich history dating back to the 1600s and colonial times.”

The new tenants include the law firms of Cottrell Solensky, P.A., which specializes in construction, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, a full-service litigation firm. In addition, Cushman & Wakefield also announced the renewals of the civil litigation firm of Goldman, Davis & Gutfleish and Plaza 207, which hosts a suite of offices for local attorneys.

Owned by Normandy Real Estate Partners, RiverView Office Center offers its tenants a tree-lined brick path around a courtyard fountain, dramatic two-story atrium with Historic Hackensack River Gallery and modern seating area equipped with a flat screen television. For added security, the center provides a manned security desk, video surveillance, on-site management and card key access. Other amenities include a conference center and full-service café with Wi-Fi, scenic views of the Hackensack River and jogging trails.

Spaces ranging from 2,000 to 45,000 square feet are now currently available through Cushman & Wakefield at the ENERGY STAR-certified building situated along Routes 4, 17 and 80 and located near the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway. Two NJ Transit train stations provide frequent service from the location to NYC via Hoboken and Secaucus as well as a downtown bus transfer station.
