Celebration at Little Egg Harbor, N.J., SNF Recognizes Stacy Ziemba’s 25 Years of Service

Stacy Ziemba

LITTLE EGG HARBOR, N.J. (Sept. 14, 2023) — Reflecting its emphasis on workplace quality and team recognition, Seacrest Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Little Egg Harbor recently hosted a celebration for Stacy Ziemba, who has 25 years of service. Seacrest leadership and fellow staff joined together to honor the skilled nursing facility’s long-time employee.

“It’s our pleasure to recognize Stacy for her decades of service; she’s a special member of our Seacrest family,” said Ralph Neuman, administrator. “Today and every day, we appreciate her loyalty and dedication, and we thank Stacy for her work in caring for our community.”

Ziemba’s career reflects the skilled nursing facility’s commitment to recognize and promote talent from within. Ziemba, who started as an activity aide in 1998, has held numerous leadership positions at Seacrest, including serving as the director of its Adult Day program and its life enrichment director. “At Seacrest, I get to work with a supportive team and do what I love – make people happy,” said Ziemba, whose mother attended the Adult Day program before becoming a full-time resident at Seacrest for many years.

Seacrest’s Culture Committee, led by Autumn Leiser, coordinated the festivities for Ziemba, which included a cake, balloons and recognition gifts. “Seacrest is known as a great place to work, and quality employees like Stacy reflect that in action,” added Neuman. “This type of loyalty and retention is well worth recognizing and particularly meaningful within an industry that is prone to high staff turnover.”

Located at 1001 Center Street, Seacrest is currently in the midst of a multi-million-dollar renovation. The 171-bed center provides post-hospital care, short-term rehab and long-term residential care. Seacrest carries a five-star designation from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for both overall quality and quality of resident care. More information on the facility and its programming can be found at
