The Jewish Home and Center for Jewish Life Visit Golden Years Care in Manalapan
MANALAPAN, N.J. (April 10, 2023) — Spreading love and matzah, The Jewish Home for Rehabilitation & Nursing (Freehold) celebrated its alliance with the Center for Jewish Life (Marlboro) by offering a Passover blessing and prayer for Russian Jewish seniors at Golden Years Care Medical Day Care Center in Manalapan. “It is our honor to donate this deeply symbolic food to our friends at Golden Years Care,” said Vollbrecht. “We thank the Center for Jewish Life and Mayor Cohen for partnering with us in this sincere effort of community caring for community.”
Located at 1151 W. Main Street, The Jewish Home provides post-hospital care, short-term rehab and long-term residential care. The 150-bed skilled nursing facility includes a synagogue on premises, provides focused Jewish programming and offers OU certified Glatt Kosher cuisine. Its Russian cultural offering features bilingual caregivers and medical professionals, authentic cuisine prepared in-house, special recreational activities, a Russian library, and Kartina TV.
