ALLENDALE, N.J., Nov. 3, 2014 – The spirit of the season is coming alive with two world-class musical performances at The Atrium Assisted Living at The Allendale Community for Senior Living. Both events, presented by The Stella Dukes Memorial Fund for the Arts, are free and open to the public.
On Fri., Nov. 21, James Michael, "The Broadway Baritone," will present a concert at 7 p.m. in the Atrium Lounge. Michael quickly is becoming one of the most sought after singer/entertainers in senior communities today, thrilling audiences with his unmistakable voice, and engaging and interactive performance style. His widely and critically acclaimed production of "Melodies of Memories and Miracles Broadway Classics" brings the sound of Broadway like no other.
The Allendale Community's enriching programming continues on Wed., Dec. 17 when The Ramsey Wind Symphony, a 50-piece orchestra, will perform a holiday concert at 7 p.m. in The Atrium Lobby. One of the region's most well-established wind groups, The Ramsey Wind Symphony plays a wide repertoire of traditional and popular music for many who would otherwise be unable to access such an experience.
The Stella Dukes Memorial Fund for the Arts was established in honor of Stella Dukes, a former Atrium resident, and supports a full calendar of enriching art, theater, dance and musical performances at The Allendale Community.
