Members Rekindle Relationships with South Orange Synagogue and Each Other

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J., Feb. 9, 2015 – More than 30 members of Temple Sharey Tefilo-Israel's (RE)Connection group recently gathered for early worship services followed by dinner at Boconne South in South Orange. The restaurant hosted the group in a private room, where they enjoyed Modern Mediterranean fare and mingled with old and new friends between courses.

(RE)Connection offers opportunities for TSTI members between the ages of 45-60 to renew their connection to the synagogue and with each other through shared social, cultural and educational activities. The group's members hail from Maplewood, the Oranges, Livingston, Millburn, Short Hills and surrounding areas. The worship-and-dine was one of a number of events planned for 2015.

Temple Sharey Tefilo-Israel is a vibrant Reform congregation located at 432 Scotland Road in South Orange, N.J. The school offers Jewish preschool, Religious school, teen programs, lifelong learning for adults and a full complement of religious services and cultural programs each month.
