10,000-SF Store a Destination for Cosmetics, Skin/Hair Products and More
WOODBRIDGE, N.J., March 11, 2022 – National beauty retailer Ulta Beauty is now open at St. Georges Crossing in Woodbridge. Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for the fully leased, 343,000-square-foot retail property, located at the intersection of heavily traveled Route 1 & 9 and Route 35.
“We couldn’t be more pleased to add Ulta Beauty, another high-quality national tenant, to St. Georges Crossing,” said LMC Senior Leasing Representative E.J. Moawad, who arranged the lease. “Ulta Beauty is a terrific traffic driver that will strengthen the center’s position as this community’s central, single-stop shopping destination.” LMC’s in-house construction management team oversaw the planning, design and construction of the Ulta Beauty space – formerly occupied by Pier 1 Imports – from beginning to end.
Fast-casual sandwich franchise Jersey Mike’s Subs also is gearing up to open a new location at St. Georges Crossing. The center is anchored by a high-volume ShopRite with a complementary tenant mix that includes P.C. Richard & Son, T.J.Maxx, Comcast Xfinity, West Marine, Blu Alehouse, PetSmart, AutoZone, Verizon Wireless, House of Wine & Liquor, Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, European Wax Center, Visionworks, Taco Bell and GameStop, among others.
