New Position Coincides with Growth of Developer’s Affordable Housing Portfolio
HADDONFIELD, N.J. (April 19, 2023) — Walters, an award-winning real estate developer, owner and operator, has promoted Jill Del Duca to marketing director for its Walters Apartments division. In this newly formed position, Del Duca is focused on branding and promotion strategies for the company’s growing multifamily portfolio – which includes nearly two dozen properties in various stages of lease-up, development and planning.
A resident of Philadelphia, Del Duca is based out of Walters’ Haddonfield office. Most recently, she was part of the property management team at Cornerstone at Delanco, one of the firm’s income-restricted communities. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications from Loyola University of Maryland.
“I’m thrilled to be part of the Walters team at a time when the company is growing so rapidly,” said Del Duca. “As we add more affordable housing projects to the portfolio, I’ll be spearheading marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to support these world-class residential communities.”
