Five New Coastal Houses are Available on Long Beach Island

Barnegat, N.J., Feb. 13, 2020 – Walters, an award-winning custom design, build and architectural firm, has launched a new speculative building program to offer immediate delivery luxury homes for buyers looking for beach homes in time for summer 2020. Five single-family homes, either fully or partially built, are currently available for purchase on Long Beach Island (LBI), according to the developer.

“Each of these homes are perfectly situated on the ocean block and designed to blend into the surrounding coastal environment. To maximize the value of the homes, we were able to orient them on the properties to take advantage of water views,” said Director of Business Development Matthew Gaudet-Walters, who is managing the spec building program.

  • 1 East Virginia Ave. in Long Beach Township offers 3,125 square feet of living space and is selling for $1.65 million

Three homes are under construction and will be move-in ready for the summer of 2020:

  • 14 East 84th in Harvey Cedars offers 2,500 square feet of living space with scenic water views for $2.495 million
  • 3 Arts Lane in Loveladies offers 4,424 square feet of spacious living space for $2.895 million
  • 6105 Long Beach Blvd. in Harvey Cedars offers 3,000 square feet of living space and is listed at $2.095 million
