Cornerstone at Grassy Hollow is Nearly Fully Occupied 

MANAHAWKIN, N.J., July 30, 2020 Walters, an award-winning developer based in Barnegat, has completed construction on the last of five buildings at Cornerstone at Grassy Hollow. Located on 200 Back Road, the premium income-restricted apartment community was designed to attain LEED® and ENERGY STAR® certifications.
