Distinguished Panel to Share Latest on Incentives That Will Fuel Deals and Investments Across the State

EDISON, N.J., April 16, 2019 – What does the future hold for New Jersey’s powerful incentive programs? Will PILOTs remain effective tools for redevelopment, and how are Federal Opportunity Zones informing investment decisions? Also, who is taking advantage of the NJEDA’s new programs and how do they differ from the existing Grow and ERG programs? On Tuesday, April 30, at NAIOP New Jersey’s “Next Generation Incentives: Building on Success,” a distinguished panel of speakers will answer these questions and many more as they share the latest on incentives that will fuel deals and investments across the state.

Registration and a networking breakfast begin at 7:45 a.m., followed by the program at 8:30 a.m. “Next Generation Incentives: Building on Success” will take place at the Carpenters Apprentice Training Center, located at 75 Fieldcrest Ave. in Edison.
