Crow Holdings at 6A Prioritizes Sustainable Design

Crow Holdings at 6A

BURLINGTON, N.J. (Sept. 1, 2026) – Crow Holdings at 6A in Burlington achieved LEED® Certified, the world’s most widely recognized green building certification program and an international symbol of sustainability excellence. Design and development of the partially leased, 294,000-square-foot Crow Holdings Development (CHD) property at 1804 River Road incorporated a range of strategies to enhance building performance and reduce environmental impact.

“Crow Holdings Development is committed to sustainable, world-class industrial development, and we recognize that our tenants prioritize green workplaces as well,” said CHD’s Connor Jaeger, development associate, who led the Crow Holdings at 6A development with Brad Vander Vliet, managing director. “Successfully pursuing and achieving the LEED designation – held by just a handful of warehouse/distribution developments in South Jersey and only one dozen statewide – is a source of pride for the CHD team.”

Through strategies that improve environmental performance and resource efficiency, U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED-certified buildings help create healthier, more resilient communities. To that end, Crow Holdings at 6A is integrated thoughtfully within its site to protect the surrounding natural habitat, and constructed with lower-environmental-impact materials and high-efficiency building systems. BEYOND served as consultant for CHD through the LEED certification process.

Crow Holdings at 6A has 138,000 square feet available for immediate occupancy. The building incorporates a full range of Class A industrial design features, including 36-foot clear ceiling heights and pre-built office space. The property’s ample loading and parking capacity includes 24 dock doors, and spaces for 75 cars and 19 trailers. Crow Holdings at 6A is proximate to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania turnpikes, as well as Route 130 and I-295. Located just 25 miles to Philadelphia and 70 miles to New York City, the property is well-suited for a variety of uses, from wide-scale to last-mile distribution.

Crow Holdings at 6A’s leasing efforts are led by Cushman & Wakefield’s Jules Nissim and Kimberly Bach, along with NAI Mertz’s Scott Mertz and Theresa Amato. The team is marketing the available space to prospective logistics, distribution and ecommerce tenants. GMB North America, a subsidiary of global auto parts manufacturer GMB, leased 156,000 square feet ahead of the project’s completion.

Crow Holdings Development’s Northeast regional presence is well-established. Its current regional availabilities also include 103,500 square feet newly delivered at 2748 Grant Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia. The firm’s Northeast division has introduced more than 5.3 million square feet of new industrial inventory since 2020 across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

Crow Holdings Development is the development platform of Crow Holdings, a privately owned real estate investment management and development firm with more than 75 years of history, $35 billion of assets under management, and a legacy of looking forward. The company’s development platform specializes in multifamily and industrial projects across high-opportunity markets in the United States, with a specialized office division as well.
