Somerset County, N.J. Office Asset Offers Quality Plug and Play Space, Enhanced Tenant Experience

Bedminster, NJ, May 27, 2020 – Advance Realty Investors has named Cushman & Wakefield the exclusive leasing agent for its Bedminster Portfolio, which includes Advance at Bedminster, a three-building, 88,500-square-foot campus, and Executive Quarters, a 55,000-square-foot office building. Advance at Bedminster and Executive Quarters are located on Route 206 in Bedminster and currently offer approximately 41,000 square feet available for lease. William O’Keefe and Kelsey Nakamura, based in the commercial real estate services firm’s Morristown office, are heading the assignment.

Advance at Bedminster, a Class A campus, currently offers approximately 24,000 square feet available for lease, with the ability to accommodate a broad range of requirements. “This community has been a preferred location for businesses and the campus has been historically well-occupied,” Nakamura noted. “For companies in New York City that are considering space in the suburbs and small- to mid-sized firms looking to establish or grow their presence in downtown Bedminster, this property offers high-quality plug and play office space that is immediately available.”

Located on the west side of the intersection of Route 206 and Lamington Road, Executive Quarters is a 55,000-square-foot, three-story Class A office building. Amenities include a fitness center, dry cleaning valet service and shared meeting and conference room space.
