Cangso Global Makes Expansion Move to 240 Mill Road

EDISON, N.J. (Oct. 28, 2025) – Lee & Associates – WBE New Jersey office arranged an approximately 50,000-square-foot warehouse lease for Cangso Global Inc. at 240 Mill Road in Edison. The commercial real estate firm’s Jianning Meng negotiated the transaction as tenant representative; Heller Industrial Parks Inc. owns the multi-tenant property.
Cangso Global’s move from Essex County represents a strategic expansion and relocation of the company’s East Coast distribution operation. Cangso Global is a U.S.-based fulfillment center specializing in providing comprehensive logistics solutions for e-commerce sellers. Their core services are designed to streamline the supply chain and enhance customer satisfaction.
