Hamilton Plaza Retail Center and Portfolio Manager Denise Ciaravino Recognized for Excellence 
NORTH PLAINFIELD, N.J. (Oct. 31, 2023) – Levin Management Corporation (LMC) accepted two coveted awards from the Building Owners & Managers Association of New Jersey (BOMA-NJ) at its annual fall awards celebration. The 2023 honors include “The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY)” in the retail category for Hamilton Plaza in Hamilton Township, and individual recognition for Portfolio Manager Denise Ciaravino, who garnered the “Retail Property Management Professional” award.
BOMA-NJ’s TOBY awards are the most prestigious and comprehensive of their kind in the commercial real estate industry. They recognize properties and buildings in specific category types that exemplify best management operational practices. LMC serves as managing and leasing agent for Hamilton Plaza. Anchored by an 81,000-square-foot WorldClass ShopRite, the 175,000-square-foot Mercer County shopping center is home to a mix of retailers, restaurants and service providers.

The “Retail Property Management Professional” award recognizes commercial real estate professionals who have demonstrated exceptional standards and commitment to their work, and dedication to advancing the industry. Ciaravino joined LMC in 2006 as a property manager, was named senior property manager in 2009 and promoted to portfolio manager in 2021. She maintains a Real Property Administrator designation and has been an active member of BOMA-NJ since 2004.
