Mah Jong Mondays and Photography Tour at Iris Gardens are Open to Area Residents

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J., April 21, 2014 – Temple Sharey Tefilo-Israel (TSTI)’s Women’s Connection in South Orange invites area residents to join its members for the following programs in May and June:
- Mon., May 5 & Mon., June 9 – Mah Jong Mondays, 7 to 9 p.m. in The Mansion at TSTI. Players at all levels are welcome and instruction will be available for beginners. Those with mah jong sets are asked to bring theirs with a 2014 card (new cards may be purchased at http://bit.ly/1kxUCP2.) Cost is $5 per person (free to Women’s Connection members) and refreshments will be served. Reservation deadlines for the two events are April 28 and June 2; to RSVP or for more information, contact debbie_marx@hotmail.com.
- Thurs., June 5 – Photography Class & Tour, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Professional photographer Joy Yagid will lead a tour and photography class at the historic Presby Memorial Iris Gardens, located at 474 Upper Mountain Avenue, Upper Montclair. Cost is $22 for non-members ($18 for Women’s Connection members) and includes a light breakfast and admission. Advance reservations are required; RSVP by May 29 to debbie_marx@hotmail.com.
