Rabbi Daniel Cohen will lead Free Adult Ed Session on Changes in Attitudes, Areas of Concern for American Jews
SOUTH ORANGE, N.J., Nov. 30, 2015 – Rabbi Daniel Cohen of Temple Sharey Tefilo-Israel, the Reform synagogue in South Orange, will teach an adult education class on “Anti-Semitism in Europe” on Tuesday, December 9 from 7 to 9 p.m. Cohen will lead attendees through a historical look at the realities of European anti-Semitism across the generations, and what Jews should be hopeful about and concerned about in terms of anti-Jewish sentiment today. Cohen, who is an active member of AIPAC (America Israel Public Affairs Committee) will also examine and clarify the relationship between Anti-Jewish, Anti-Semitic and Anti-Zionist/Israel attitudes.
