Oxford Campus Honored for Skilled Nursing and Personal Care

LANGHORNE, Pa. (Sept. 30, 2026) – The Oxford senior living campus in Langhorne has achieved two prestigious American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living’s (AHCA/NCAL’s) Bronze – Commitment to Quality Awards for its dedication to improving the lives of residents. Located at 300-310 E. Winchester Ave., the continuing care campus was honored for skilled nursing at Oxford Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center and personal care at Oxford Crossings.

AHCA/NCAL, the nation’s largest industry association, represents more than 15,000 long-term care facilities. Now celebrating its 30th anniversary, AHCA/NCAL’s National Quality Award Program is a rigorous three-level process in which organizations are reviewed and evaluated by trained experts against a set of nationally recognized standards for excellence. The program helps organizations achieve superior performance over time, ultimately enhancing the quality of care and quality of life for their residents.

“Earning AHCA/NCAL’s sought-after Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award reflects both Oxford Crossings and Oxford Rehab & Healthcare’s dedication to providing transformative care,” said Dee Jones, executive director at Oxford Crossings. “We are incredibly proud of this accomplishment.”

Erin Popelak, regional director of market development at Marquis Health Consulting Services, which supports the Oxford campus, added “we congratulate the teams on this well-deserved recognition.” As Bronze award recipients, both communities can move on to the second level of the program, the Silver – Achievement in Quality Award. The Oxford campus also includes independent living apartments at Oxford Enhanced Senior Living.

Marquis Health Consulting Services provides administrative consulting services to 112 skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities along the Eastern Seaboard. The hands-on, third-generation family-owned company’s “Care, anew” philosophy supports its mission to help clients transform industry processes, mindsets and outcomes. In 2026, nearly two dozen Marquis-serviced clients achieved the AHCA/NCAL Bronze Quality Award.

“Marquis is a respected, long-time member of our Association, and we are grateful its leadership continues to provide guidance, resources and encouragement for the pursuit of excellence,” said Clif Porter, AHCA/NCAL president and CEO. “In turn, the skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities Marquis supports are upholding and improving quality within our profession.”
