The Jewish Home to Host, Physicians to Lead Presentation on Cardiac Health
FREEHOLD, N.J. (Feb. 21, 2023) — In a fitting end to Heart Month, The Jewish Home for Rehabilitation & Nursing will host a presentation at CentraState Medical Center on Tuesday, Feb. 28, at 7 p.m. Dr. Mitul Patel and Dr. Aaron Van Hise, doctors of Garden State Heart Care, will be conducting the presentation.
The presentation, titled “Ending Heart Month on a Good Beat: Understanding The Mechanics Behind Your Heartbeat,” will take place in the Landy Family Auditorium at the CentraState Ambulatory Surgery Center, 901 West Main Street in Freehold. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session with Dr. Patel and Dr. Van Hise.

The American Heart Association’s Heart Month began in 1964. This February, the AHA has focused on encouraging people to learn CPR in order to save lives. Heart Month aims to increase awareness around cardiac health.
